Summer Camp Sign Up

It's only the second day of March and already I'm receiving emails and notifications that summer camp sign ups have begun. It's time to jump ahead three or four months on the calendar and decide if and when summer camp will be an option. I remember vowing last summer that next year we would look into our camp options.
Within a month of the school break the kids were bored, begging for new things to do, and engaged in daily bouts of sibling rivalry. As much as I wanted to engage them in wonderfully entertaining and educational activities regularly, I found myself struggling for ideas that would interest each of them - especially when each child has different interests and different capabilities. With three children under the age of 7, summer camp becomes a bit more difficult. The scheduling, the financials, and the availability of camps in our area all need to be considered when choosing the right camp. But, I've already discovered that, with a little bit of research, I can do my part to find a summer camp option that is right for each of my children.
