The Michael Vick Experience resumes Sunday, June 17-Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at the beautiful University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. Michael Vick Camp has something to offer football enthusiasts at all levels of the game, ages 8-16, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Each camper will have the opportunity to grow and take home an experience they will remember for life. Campers will be placed in groups with others their own age and experience level. The Thorough Game Plan will utilize a progression of full contact skill development on both sides of the ball, emphasize fundamentals, provide individualized technique enhancement, and team competition. The Michael Vick Experience for younger athletes begins with creating an environment that fosters teamwork, self-confidence, and the full realization of each player's potential. The camp helps shape the younger players by teaching them and giving them the opportunity to play every position. All while stressing brotherhood, perseverance, responsibility, and gamesmanship, while fostering a high level of respect for one another and for the game. Seasoned athletes will receive individualized attention that will assist them in taking their game to the next level. Coaches will focus on their position and develop individualized techniques to be more efficient and productive. Each day campers will participate in combine training skills at the end of the week campers will run through the Michael Vick Combine Skills Test where their times will be recorded. Upon completion of the Michael Vick Experience campers will be given a complete written evaluation to take home where they can continue to improve throughout the year. |
