Hawaii Speed and Quickness founders; former NFL player Rich Miano and professional trainer Mel Delaura along with their team of local college and professional athletes offer state of the art Speed and Agility conditioning training for all ages. Hawaii Speed and Quickness offers training clinics and camps by age groups at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu and outer-island training by appointment.

Hawaii Speed and Quickness Speed and Agility clinics are offered from January 1 - August 30. The clinics are held at the University of Hawaii on most Saturdays and Sundays. A schedule is available at www.hawaiispeedandquickness.com. The cost is $10.00 per session. The age groups are 7-12 and 13 and up. Private training is available as well as sports specific camps such as football, basketball, soccer, volleyball.etc.. Please call 808-739-5444 for more information.
