ASA in Nice is a true cultural immersion program that combines the benefits of expert language instruction with the experience of pre-college living in a privileged location in Nice’s historic centre. ASA’s residential summer program in Nice is a wonderful opportunity to improve your French and experience first-hand the excitement of French life and culture on the Riviera.
The city of Nice is situated along France’s stunning Cote d’Azur. The Riviera is synonymous with high culture and elegance and generations of artists, writers and high society have been drawn by its natural beauty, spectacular coastline and the clear blue skies and water of the Mediterranean. ASA’s four-week program combines academics with daily cultural and recreational opportunities that take advantage of this privileged cosmopolitan setting.
As a student you will improve your language skills, make new friends and gain an intimate knowledge of Nice’s history, culture, people and customs. From the narrow winding streets of the Old Town to the chic modern shops and outdoor cafes on the Rue de France and dazzling views of the Mediterranean and Baie des Anges from the Promenade des Anglais, Nice possesses a unique energy and glamour that epitomizes French style and sophistication.
