YMCA Camp Indian Springs
The YMCA Camp Indian Springs is a traditional YMCA residential camping program serving children ages 7 to 16 years with exciting options like an indoor skate park, Digital Photography, ATVs, paintball as well as Western and English horseback riding. YMCA Camp Indian Springs offers in our regular program offers Archery, Arts & Crafts, Low Ropes, Chapel, Campfire, Twi-Light Games, Devotions, Swimming (Pool & Spring), and Canoeing, Volleyball, Team Sports and much more. We serve children ages 7 to 16 in 9 one weeklong sessions throughout the summer with opportunities to stay for an extended 2 week sessions.
Celebrating our 34rd anniversary in 2009 and built on the Christian heritage of the YMCA, we value honesty, caring, respect, responsibility and faith.
Secluded in a glen under a canopy of oak, maple, Cyprus and pine trees, the Tallahassee YMCA Camp Indian Springs has been providing the community with camping opportunities for 31 years. The camp centerpiece is the spring itself, located near by to Wakulla Springs State Park. YMCA Camping is for all ages and incorporates the Christian heritage of the YMCA with its commitment to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. YMCA camping is a character building, self-motivating, exciting adventure in a safe, fun and healthy environment. Only 25 miles from downtown Tallahassee, and conveniently located near the Tallahassee airport, Camp Indian Springs offers a wholesome camp environment for children and teens with traditional YMCA camping activates as well as optional fee based activities like our indoor Skate Park, Western and English Horseback Riding, ATV's, BMX and Paint ball. Our staff is dedicated to providing a quality camp experience for all whom participate.
