Description:
Culinary students will be issued their chef uniforms and knive kit and then off to the kitchen where each day will consist of a different topic. Breads, Pastries, Soups, Salads, Sauces, Beef & Poultry, Desserts, Cake Decorating, Menu Planning, Residential students will be off to explore sites around Vt. A Dairy Farm, Turkey Farm, Ice Cream Plant, Gondola Ride and Hiking on Vt's Long Trail. Camping on Lake Champlain. A graduation ceremony includes BBQ Banquet for family. Students receive a chef's trophy, certificates, cookbook and much more. 5 Days of Fun!
