Welcome to Anne Arundel All-Star's Football Factory (AAAFF). The AAAFF was created to bring an unparalleled, football experience to the the community. By partnering with the areas best public and private sector high school coaches, as well as former pro and collegiate level athletes, AAAFF is able to bring  a week long (5 DAYS), full day, non-contact football training experience that is rigorous, fun, and effective at an attractive price. Our staff has been coaching for over a decade.  Each member of our staff and every guest instructor must pass a background check before being allowed to work around the athletes.

This summers camp will be broken down into 3 phases. The Agilities Phase; The Positional Skills Phase; and The Conditioning Phase.

Agility Phase- our staff has worked closely with the trainers at Athletes Performance and SKLZ to create an agility cirriculum that has proven effective for novice and veteran players alike.

After check-in, athletes will be grouped by age/experience and escorted to 1 of 5-7 stations. At each station, athletes will receive concentrated training from our coaches. Stations will focus on developing control, foot speed, hand eye coordination, muscle memory/mechanics, and individual quickness.

Positional Skills Phase

At check-in (1st day of camp) each athlete will be given the opportunity to choose an offensive AND defensive position of their liking. Teams of former pro and collegiate level athletes, as well as the areas best public and private high school coaches will spend and an hour daily teaching the fundamentals of each position. We encourage athletes to try new positions. An o-lineman is welcome to focus on becoming a running back. Or a d-lineman can explore training as a safety. Remember Tim Tebow used to be a tight end. Take advantage of the opportunity to try something new!.

Conditioning Phase-  All-Star Phase

"Big time players make big time plays in the fourth quarter".........but only if they are physically capable. That capability comes from conditioning. The goal is not to run, run, run during the conditioning phase like many other camps do. Our staff will run campers through the conditioning of several different muscle groups. Grass drills to engage the core. Plyo/Iso metric exercises to develop endurance in the leg muscles.

The summer heat can be a problem for any outdoor training regime.  AAAFF athletes will engage in an indoor station during each circuit. We will also maintain numerous hydration stations across the camp grounds. We have scheduled water breaks and will have gatorade stations set up during the lunch hour and at the close of each day. Athletes are welcome to bring their own bottled waters if they would like. For those who do not, unscheduled trips to hydration stations will be accommodated. Under no circumstance will athletes be denied water.

The days will be insightful, difficult at times, challenging, and FUN. Those who remain will be All-Stars.
