Summerfuel at Harvard is based at Harvard Law School and is just a short train ride away from downtown Borston. Home to over two-hundred thousand college students, Boston is a metropolis of history, culture and good eats with an easy, small-town charm. Spend the summer walking in the footsteps of America's founders, supporting the city's legendary sports teams and hunting for the best clam chowder or 'chowda' as a true Bostonian would say.
Be inspired by an original curriculum designed to help you to think about crucial social issues and become a more informed and engaged citizen. In four weeks you'll enjoy two enrichment courses, one workshop and the opportunity to participate in exciting weekly seminar discussions.
During free time, you'll have the option to choose what to do. In addition to all that is happening on campus and in Cambridge, the RA team will make sure you stay active with lots of planned events. After class, expect a wide variety of activities, jaunts to local coffee shops and trips into Boston with friends. In addition, explore New England on included trips to Boston, Boston Harbor Islands, Six Flags New England, a Red Sox game and more!
There no better way to experience the Ivy League, learn something new, find new passions and enjoy all New England and Boston have to offer this summer!
