Five-day camps limited to 5-10 swimmers for individual attention. One parent required to attend to learn our system of frame by frame underwater videotape analysis of stroke technique. Camp includes 2 2-hour pool sessions and 1.5 hour dryland each day. Measure stroke characteristics, strength, and flexibility.
