Acting Manitou is located at a beautiful camp site in Oakland, Maine. Campers have beautiful bunks, dining pavilion, two theater spaces, multiple rehearsal rooms, creative center, and pool. Both sessions culminate in full scale productions of play or musicals at either our outdoor amphitheater or indoor thrust stage.

Daily activities include rehearsals and intensive drama workshops on advanced and fundamental acting, voice and body, dance, musical theater, directing, playwriting, comedy improvisation, audition technique and stage combat. During free play hours, campers have access to basketball courts, archery, soccer fields, tennis courts, rehearsal spaces, and pool.

Evening activities are theater specific group exercises such as a murder mystery dinner, music video creation, student directed scenes, and 24 hour play marathon.
