The British Virgin Islands' breathtaking sunsets, lush green hills, surreal blue skies and electric-blue waters offer the perfect backdrop for adventure and discovery. You aren't the first to seek exploration in the unbelievable beauty of these islands. Apart from thousands of AQ alumni, pirates Henry Morgan, Sir John Hawkins and Blackbeard were frequent visitors too. Perhaps they sought the same adventure and high-excitement you do!
The steady trade winds, countless coves and bays, mind-blowing beaches and solid anchorages make it a perfect training ground for scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and discovering intriguing marine life. Sailing through these protected waters in a flotilla of four to eight 50-foot yachts, you and your team of shipmates from all over the globe will assume the authority of your own adventure. In fact, you will create it almost entirely for yourselves.
The BVI voyages center around building skills in sailing, scuba and other water sports and certifications. As a certification facility for International Yachtmaster Training (IYT), as well as a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Gold Palm 5-Star training school, ActionQuest has the most experience leading sailing and scuba adventure training programs for young adults.
There are seven unique programs that deliver adventure, challenge and discovery for both the novice and the more seasoned sailor or diver. The vessels anchor together for daily activities and evenings in sheltered bays so you will interact with people your age at sunset beach barbecues and island dance parties. Your team will also race against other crews for some friendly sailing competition. You'll also explore ashore - climbing granite boulders at The Baths, hiking Mt. Sage or visiting the deserted Salt Island. Now's the time for extreme action and powerful experiences that will prepare you for your next adventures in life.
