Bully awareness is the theme of Allstar Martial Arts Academy's Spring Break Day Camp 2011. Learn kicks, blocks, punches and self defense moves to defend yourself against bullies! Gain confidence to stand up for yourself. Learn how to avoid becoming a target! You will learn how to recognize and get away from a potential bully situation before it escalates. You will learn effective self defense moves to protect yourself, if you need to. Emphasis is on getting away from any dangerous situation first and foremost....AND if it gets to this point, defending oneself if necessary. No prior experience needed.
