The Amaré Stoudemire Basketball Camp will be held at Desert Ridge High School and Junior High featuring seven full size air-conditioned basketball courts. The camp consists of lectures, basketball drill stations, player evaluations, games, Amaré's basketball contests, and the Amaré Stoudemire Skills Test. The camps are great fundamentals training is excellent preparation for campers looking to take their game to the next level. To enhance the positive learning experience every camper will receive individualized instruction with approximately a seven to one camper to coach ratio.

Amaré Stoudemire  “STAT” Basketball Camp seeks to develop a positive all around athlete on and off the court, giving campers an opportunity to fully realize their potential in an enriching, fun, and safe environment, an environment that encourages teamwork, gamesmanship, self-confidence, respect, and dedication to the game. Amaré Stoudemire Basketball Camp is committed to the development of fundamental skills and technique enhancement. Campers learn ball handling, rebounding, passing, court spacing, post moves, defensive skills, and team offense. Amaré Stoudemire Basketball Camp’s success will spring from Amaré’s strong dedication to the campers, providing them with a template they can use to create their own winning formulas on and off the court.
