YCTC accepts young people ages 14-18 for our Summer Shakespeare Intensive. We offer two sessions, each three weeks long. In those three weeks, students join our professional company to learn Shakespeare "our way" - with the lights on, no technical wizardry, and the audience as part of the action

Session I: AGES 14-16: 26 June - 17 July Students will stage productions of Macbeth, As You Like It, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and a Shakespeare Showcase on the Blackfriars Stage. Session II: AGES 14-18: 17 July - 7 August Students will stage productions of Richard III, The Winter's Tale, Love's Labour's Lost, and a Shakespeare Showcase on the Blackfriars Stage.
