Our campers (you!) are motivated, curious, adventurous and creative; you want to improve your grades, self concepts and leadership skills. Each day there will be a focus on an important character trait - Courage, Leadership, Persistence...additionally, you will complete a fun inventory that will reveal your academic strengths and weaknesses, as well as your personal learning style.

An Individualized Assessment by a recognized expert in Learning Styles will give you insightful information, (including possible modifications and accommodations) to be used by you, to assure success in the following school years.

We will teach you how you learn.

Every school year it is the 'luck of the draw' as to the type teacher you get. No longer a problem, as once you know your learning style, you can organize information into your style. Once you know your learning style, you can take responsibility and easily apply your individual method, retain more information, find test taking easier and improve grades.

Our Adventure Camps feature guided outings to several local parks and points of interest in the Arbuckle Mountain region:

We will picnic, hike and camp at Turner Falls Park.

The magnificient 77 foot tall 'splash under' waterfall.

Experience the water slide at the spring fed Blue Hole.

Exploring upper streams, some with rope swings

Explore 'Outlaw Cave' and other trails and tunnels.

Stargaze out by the bonfire.

Presentations at the Travertine Nature Center by National Park Service Rangers.

Explore the Arbuckle Mountains, one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, boasting some of the most interesting and unique geology in North America. (other ancient mountain ranges are the Black Hills and the Grand Canyon).
