Areté summer camps are a great experience for horse loving kids and teens.  Campers will learn riding skills, horse safety & handling, horsemanship skills, equine first aid, barn management tools, and horse "fun facts." English riders will have jumping lessons as well.

Camps are 5 days during the week, 8am to 3pm, for ages 8 to 15 years old.  Students may arrive as early as 7:30am.  Students may also stay until 5:30pm if needed for a small fee.

We will ride every day, have a "class learning" session daily, and possibly a craft. There will be a guest speaker once each week, such as a vet or farrier, as well as some hands on learning and nature hikes.  We have a pond for fishing and  swimming.
