Using a variety of techniques and media, including clay, pipe cleaners, fabric, and wire, each participant in this workshop will build an original 3D ark diorama, sculpt his/her own cast of creatures, and create wearable animal masks and sculptures, all while learning about endangered species and raising their environmental awareness.

Instructor: Teaching artist Julianna Ostrovsky (MFA in Painting and Sculpture, Columbia University) has instructed a range of enrichment workshops for grades K-12 and in-depth painting and drawing studios for youth and adults.
