The boxing camp will focus on hand-eye coordination, jab, cross, hook, and defensive moves. Campers will learn how real boxers move, punch and evade. This camp is non-contact, but will incorporate heavy bag work and working with pads and mitts. This camp will culminate with a demonstration of basic hand movements and self defense knowledge.
