Black's camp and Restaurant is located where the Diversion Canal meets Lake Moultrie in a beautiful natural setting. You will have access to both lakes and the canal. Blacks camp is family owned and operated.
Striped "Rock" Bass, Largemouth Bass, Crappie, and Arkansas Blue Catfish provide the thrills. Our professional, licensed guides have the ability and skill to make your trip a success. Our motel rooms, apartments and restaurant are the finest on the Santee Cooper Lake System. Camping in our grove is a relaxing experience. The Santee Cooper Lakes are a true sportsman's paradise. With over 170,000 acres of prime fishing water containing various types of structure and cover, the lakes provide exceptional growing habitat for many different species of fish.
The Santee Cooper Lakes hold the state record for the Arkansas Blue Catfish (109 lbs. 4 oz.), world record Channel Catfish (58 lbs.), state record Flathead Catfish (79 lbs.), state record White Perch (l lb. 13.5 oz.), state record Largemouth Bass (16 lbs. 2 oz.), state record Black Crappie (5 lbs.), state record Jackfish (6 lbs. 4 oz.) and the world record Shell cracker Bream (5 lbs. 7.5 oz.). Every effort is made to assure you a fine fishing and restful vacation. Located on Lake Moultrie is a beautiful natural setting.
