At every age, learning about your mind and body is important. Give your child an opportunity to stretch their bodies and minds this summer. Each day will include nature crafts, journaling, creative expression and yoga. Campers will use yoga as a vehicle for learning more about themselves, their community and the earth. Each camp group will create nature gardens. Healthy snack included.
