CAMP CAMERA is home of the very first ON-LINE Photography Workshops for Children. Camp Camera is a specialized camp geared towards developing the photographic interests and talents of young children between the ages of 6 and 15. Previously we ran our camp just like any other, but we are now pleased to be able to offer it to you on-line. Our camp will always be bustling with different and exciting photographic adventures designed so kids can interact with different photographic mediums and approaches, and share their ideas and images with other Camp Camera members, family and friends. The assignements will focus on specific subjects or photographic elements that provide structure to discipline the children, while encouraging them to be free to explore and discover how they see and interpret their world.

What makes us special? Camp Camera is the only one of its kind! We have created the most original and unique On-Line Children's Photography Workshops that are guaranteed to please. There is no other camp around that is designed solely around photography and developed specifically for children. Camp Camera provides children with the tools and confidence to approach the world visually and create unique and interesting photographs to share with others and be proud of. Let your children show you how they see the world through their eyes. We want to make their experiences something to remember, and that they will want to share with each other. Secondly, by offering our workshops on-line we can now provide these amazing workshops to children all year round, anytime, anywhere. No need to concern yourself with transportation, weather, or limited space. But our main reason and most important reason for offering these workshops on-line was so that children with disabilities that may otherwise have found it difficult to attend our camp, can now participate from their very own homes or hospitals. Our goal is to provide all children with the tools and confidence to approach the world visually and create unique and interesting photographs that they can then share and exchange with each other, and be proud of. We want to see how your children view their world through their eyes. Through editing and open critiques, the children will learn to think critically and to articulate their thoughts and feelings.
