Children’s Theater Day Camp – 2010 CYT Summer Theater Camp, over 18 one-week camps June 21 -August 13. Cost: $159. Locations throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties for students Kindergarten-12yrs old. Camps are held 9am – 3pm, Monday through Friday. Super Heroes, Under the Sea and Tween Idol will be this year’s themes. Students will be taught theater skills through acting, singing, dance and games designed to keep campers motivated and having fun. All campers will perform a musical showcase for their families and friends. Don’t forget to check out our Resident camps for Middle and High School students.

Super Hero (K-6th Grade)
It's time to find out if there really is a hero in each of us. Come learn songs, dances and scenes that pay tribute to SUPER HEROES. We'll perform many timeless super hero themes, like Batman, Spiderman, the Incredible Hulk and many more! This is the perfect opportunity to learn some stunts, and find out what your super power would be. But be careful, because with great power, comes great responsibility.
Under the Sea(K-6th Grade)
At our Under the Sea camp we will be learning and performing songs from SpongeBob, The Little Mermaid, High School Musical 2, Seussical and Finding Nemo. Campers will be exposed to many different aspects of theater, such as drama, voice, dance and more. Our camp activities will be themed around “Under the Sea”, we’re making a big splash with this camp so register today!
Tween Idol (AGES 10-14)
Do you want to be a STAR? Come perform songs from some of the most famous Idols in History! Sing classic songs like "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and "New York New York". Learn how artist such as Elvis Presley, The Beatles and The Beach Boys impacted music forever. And it wouldn't be an Idol show without singing songs from Miley Cyrus and Ms. Tween Idol herself Taylor Swift! .
Advanced Musical Theatre Camp –Westside Story (ages 14-20)
Director - Amy Cordileone
This 2-week intensive camp is designed to challenge young adults who want to take their skills to the next level. Students will take part in workshops in Acting, Voice and Movement to take their performance to the next level. Students will present highlights of Westside Story and the end of the two week camp at The Red Door Theater in East County. Performance will be the weekend of Aug 13-15
