Cake Decorating and Baking Camp

We are offering a Cake decorating and Pastry Art camp to children ages 10 and up. We have several different programmes that are either full day or half day. During our Pastry Art Camp children will learn how to make fabulous pastries, like Apple Danish and Chocolate Eclairs. During the Baking and Decorating camp, kids will learn how to bake a cake and use the piping techniques they learn during camp to decorate their cakes. We also offer sessions in which the focus is on working with Fondant and Gum paste. Campers work with professional cake decorating and cooking equipment in a Health Certified Kitchen.
