Camp Alta Mons
Summer Address:
Our purpose is to provide a fun, challenging, and unique Chrisitian experience in the out-of-doors. Campers are placed in small coed units for daytime activities. These units choose their group's weekly activites from hiking to the 45' waterfalls onsite, instructional horse riding, swimming, archery, arts and crafts and much much more. All activities and daily devotions are focused around our summer theme. In this way, particpants experience living in Christian community as the Body of Christ.
Campers from all over the Southeast come to Alta Mons Summer Camp each year for fun, fellowship, and the beautiful mountain setting.
Our counselors are Christian college students who have a deep desire to nurture the lives of campers. All staff are trained in first aid, all aspects of camp programs, and ways to foster positive group dynamics.
