Camp Broadway
Camp Broadway enables theatre-loving kids ages 10-17 to develop their confidence, character, and presentation skills through ensemble performance. The package includes 5 days (40 hours) of instruction in singing, acting, and dancing by trained Broadway professionals; master classes with Broadway artists; Q&A sessions with industry professionals; a backstage seminar with a production crew and a matinee ticket to a Broadway show; official Camp Broadway t-shirt; and healthy lunches and snacks. The program culminates in a special on-stage performance for family and friends. Campers are separated into two rehearsal groups by age. The program is open to all skill levels with no previous experience necessary to enroll.
Shining Stars encourages children ages 6-9 to discover their artistic voice through creative play. The package includes 5 half-days (20 hours) of instruction in singing, dancing, storytelling, costume construction, and scene painting taught by trained teaching artists, as well as an official Camp Broadway t-shirt, costume, art supplies, nutritious lunches, and snacks. The program culminates in a special musical performance for family and friends. No previous experience is necessary to enroll.
The Next Step trains experienced performers ages 15-19 to improve their unique style and presentation skills through solo and small group singing, acting, and dancing classes, all under the guidance of a mentoring coach. The package includes 5 days (40 hours) of intensive triple-threat instruction across various disciplines with Broadway professionals; master classes with Broadway artists; Q&A sessions with industry professionals; a ticket to a Broadway show; official Camp Broadway t-shirts; and nutritious lunches and snacks. The program culminates in a special on-stage showcase performance for family and friends. Previous experience is required of all program participants. Applicants must submit headshot, resume, and recommendation letter to be considered for The Next Step.
