Camp Chi
Summer Address:

Camp Chi is the Midwest’s premier Jewish overnight camp located in Lake Delton, Wisconsin. Hidden away amongst 600 acres of majestic pines on beautiful Lake Blass, Camp Chi is big enough to give campers unlimited opportunities: thrilling activities, spectacular facilities, special events and great entertainment – yet our 1 to 3 staff-to-camper ratio and small cabin groups ensure that children receive personalized attention, nurturing and encouragement every day. Under the supervision of outstanding counselors and specialists, our campers feel loved, capable and part of a community, while having the time of their lives.
The activities and facilities at Camp Chi can’t be beat. We offer more than 30 different activity choices! Campers spend their day exploring their choice of athletics, water sports, fine arts, and outdoor adventure activities. Facilities include an air-conditioned gym, two outdoor swimming pools, equestrian center, high and low ropes course, 47 foot high climbing wall, amphitheatre, private campsite, fine arts center, private sailing and waterskiing site, radio studio, athletic fields and courts, and much more.
Camp Chi offers a wonderful, informal setting for campers to experience Jewish life. Whether saying blessings before dinner, designing a mezzuzah, participating in a mitzvah project or welcoming Shabbat with spirit, campers at Chi are given the opportunity to find meaning, joy and pride in being Jewish. As a result, children gain a deeper sense of their Jewish identity and an awareness that they belong to a diverse and dynamic Jewish community.
We know that sending your child to overnight camp for the first time is a major milestone. We would love to talk with you about the best Camp Chi option for your child. Please contact us today for more information and to meet a director.
Owned and operated by the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago, Camp Chi has been in business over 80 years and has a reputation for excellence that keep campers and staff coming back year after year.
