Camp Eagle Hill
Summer Address:
Elizaville, New York, United StatesAre you looking for a summer free from cliques and peer pressure at a place where what you wear is less important than who you are? Camp is a place where you are free to be yourself without fear of ridicule or failure. And there is one camp that does this exceptionally well. Camp Eagle Hill has established a culture where development thrives; campers gain independence and confidence, and make lifelong friends that they return to year after year. It is this culture and environment that makes every summer at Camp Eagle Hill an Unforgettable Summer.
Camp Eagle Hill is located just 90 miles north of New York City, in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. It is an all inclusive program that offers campers a wide variety of activities in the areas of Team and Individual Sports and Visual, Studio, and Performing Arts. The program is a blend of group activities and individual electives. Campers are encouraged to try new things and given the opportunity to focus on particular areas of interest.
Regular daily programs are mixed together throughout the summer with special program days that include out of camp trips to local tourist attractions. For teenage campers, extended trips are a featured and much anticipated part of the summer program.
Leadership training is provided through our CIT program, which prepares the oldest campers for the job of Counselor.
Supervision is a top priority at Eagle Hill. We have small group sizes of 7-8 campers with 2-3 counselors. We have a fully staffed on-site infirmary. Adult staff members head up each of the program areas, ensuring adequate supervision and instruction throughout the entire day.
