Camp Kahquah
Summer Address:

Located on beautiful Ahmic Lake near Magnetawan Ontario, Camp Kahquah provides fun filled traditional coed camping experiences for children ages 8-14 in a safe, Christian environment. Established in 1962, Camp Kahquah, which is situated on over 300 acres of northern property, operates various programs throughout the year.
An excellent, caring staff, many of whom grew up at Camp Kahquah, help to nurture spiritual and social growth in the campers who come away with many wonderful memories and lifelong friendships.
A maximum of 75 traditional campers ensures a small camp atmosphere while still providing a wide range of program opportunities. Each of our cabins hold up to 8 campers and are supervised by two leaders. The campers also enjoy high energy meal times with great food.
Your children are encouraged to try new experiences and have the option of selecting short term activities such as swimming, fishing or tubing along with in depth skill instruction activities including waterskiing, ropes & wall climbing or kayaking.
The spiritual development of our campers is very important to us. They are challenged by the good news of Jesus Christ during the “Underground” and experience God in a natural setting whose beauty is inspiring.
For those looking for more of an adventure, a canoeing out trip into Algonquin Park may be what you are looking for. This well supervised trip takes place in the north west corner of the park. If the performing arts is what you are interested in, there is a week of the summer dedicated to your development. And to those who are ready to step forward, there are two different levels of leadership programs ready to challenge and develop.
Come and join us. We have something for everyone and everyone is welcome.
