Camp Kiawa is located on 90 acres of partly wooded land on the north shore of Lake Erie and is available to both members and non-members of Girl Guides.

All girls sleep in tents on platforms except our youngest campers who sleep at Brownieland, a large building with an attached bunkhouse. All six sites have kitchen facilities; three sites have indoor facilities; two of our sites (reserved for the older girls) have large covered pavilions.

Because we are committed to providing the best possible program for our girls, they are placed according to their age on six different sites spread throughout the property. An exciting program varies on each site and changes from day to day while focusing on the individual's needs, skill level and interest. A leadership program is available for girls 15 - 18 years old.

Our mandate is to promote fun and friendship in the great outdoors in a safe and nurturing environment in accordance with the policy and procedures of Girl Guides of Canada. Through their experience here our campers learn respect for both the environment and each other and take home life-long happy memories.
