Camp Lite
Summer Address:

In partnership with our friends at Bags for the People and Spacecraft, Uproar Art brings you Camp Lite - a full arts camp experience in half the time. Camp Lite is perfect for parents who want their kids to enjoy a creative summer activity, but who still want to spend time together as a family this summer. Offered half a day for half of each summer month Camp Lite features movement, art, crafts and environmentalism, with a variety of activities each day to keep kids engaged while still having fun. The dates of the three sessions are: 6/21 - 7/2, 7/19 - 7/30, 8/23 - 9/3) Camp Lite is available for kids from age 3 to 14, and will be subdivided by age into smaller groups. Most of the laid back arts camp experience will take place at Spacecraft, but there may be a few local outings to nearby parks, and maybe even a sustainable rooftop garden! Camp Lite can be attended by the week, or just the day, though there is a price break for week-long registration (plus, ask about our sibling discount!): per week Camp Lite costs $250, per day it's $60.
You can register for Camp Lite by simply submitting your name, your child's name and your contact information, and on the first day of Camp we ask that you pay with cash or check (we do not currently accept credit cards, but hope to in the near future). Though registration will remain open until two days before each session, space is limited, so we suggest that you register early. We look forward to spending a relaxing summer making art, making friends and taking in the sun, and do hope that you'll join us.
