Camp Okizu
Summer Address:

Camp Okizu serves families throughout northern California affected by childhood cancer. Our specific purpose is to provide medically supervised recreational therapy in a supportive and loving atmosphere.
While medical supervised, campers swim, hike, enjoy archery, have sponge fights ot just read under a tree. Siblings receive recognition as "special and important brothers and sisters" at their own camp session. Parents get needed respite and support from families in similiar circumstances during family camp weekends. Teens enjoy support through our Teens-n-Twenties program.
Our programs are the result of a collaborative effort of the Okizu Foundation and pediatric oncology treatment centers throughout northern California.
Each summer, with the help of volunteers and supporters, the Okizu Foundation gives back a bit of childhood and a dose of inspirations to these children and their families.
