Camp Ophelia
Summer Address:
Fairfax, Virginia, United StatesCamp Ophelia is a residential (sleep-over) camp that caters to pre-teen and teenage girls that are rising 6-8 graders. The Camp will be held on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.( just 20 minutes from Washington D.C) Check- in Sunday July 30 Check-out Friday August 4th. Cost is $750 which includes room & board, snacks and all supplies. The Camp will be Co-directed by Cheryl Dellasaga Ph.D at Penn State Unversity and author of Girl Wars, Mean Girls Grown Up and Surviving Ophelia. The Campers will be joined by high school and college age mentors. Both morning and afternoon sessions have a specific purpose and goal for each girl to better understand how she feels about herself and others.
