What Makes Pecometh Unique? We are a Christian camp that opens its doors to any child regardless of denomination or faith; sixty two years of successful summer camp operation; over seventeen different weeklong programs including traditional, adventure, specialty and aquatics sessions; highly trained staff with a passion for guiding children and teens. What We Do. Pecometh provides the perfect opportunity for God-inspired, life changing experiences! Situated along the banks of the Chester River on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Pecometh is located in the heart of Chesapeake country. The forests, fields and riverfront provide a natural backdrop for campers to discover God’s purpose in their lives. The unique opportunity of living in a Christian community at camp can help young people to explore, first-hand, the presence and love of Jesus Christ. We offer a variety of options including traditional programs, adventure-based sessions, specialty sessions and aquatics programming to suit your needs. Every camp program we offer includes Bible study, campfire, music, skits, worship time, arts and crafts, pool activities and time experiencing God’s creation.
