Girls Leadership Institute’s Camp Real Girl is an extraordinary opportunity for girls in grades four and five. In just five short days girls build a community where they can celebrate their authentic selves. We give girls the space to be totally silly and play while also arming them with authentic confidence and the tools to build healthy and rewarding friendships. Girls deepen their emotional intelligence, learn about healthy relationships, and practice methods for direct communication and conflict resolution.
Camp Real Girl provides the ideal balance between empowering workshops and vacation fun.
Daily Activities Include:
_ Tons of fun theatre games (Whoosh!)
_ Interactive hands-on workshops such as Gossip and Rumors, Making Mistakes, Speaking with Courage, Tooting Your Own Horn, more…
_ Small group conversations about friends & other girl stuff
_ Craft projects: mask making, beading, collage, choreography, and more…
_ Very wacky sports that you may not have heard of before
