Camp Sycamore Hills
Summer Address:

Camp Sycamore Hills is one of two summer resident camps run by the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee in Nashville, TN. Camp Sycamore Hills has provided exceptional experiences for girls for almost 50 years. Camp is for every girl ages 6-17, you do not have to be a Girl Scout. The camp has 742 acres of beautiful bluffs, woodlands, meadows, streams, and rolling hills located near Ashland City, Tennessee. Facilities include a pool, shower house, air-conditioned barn for meals and recreation, horseback riding complex, craft barn, low and high ropes courses, rappelling bluffs, archery range, canoeing, hiking trails, and eight sleeping units. Our mission is to provide enriching experiences that develop courage, confidence, and character in girls by trying new things, over-coming challenges and building strong relationships. The staff members are from all over the world. They come to Camp Sycamore Hills to make an impact on the lives of our campers and make memories and friendships that last a lifetime. Session are generally one week starting June 15th, 2008.

Camper session are one-two weeks in length; there are 7 sessions planned for 2009. Campers arrive Sunday between 2-4 pm and leave Friday between 3-4 pm. Campers go home for the weekend during two week sessions. Session 1 begins June 14; session 7 ends July 31.
