Camp Touchstone is a two-week summer theatre camp for kids aged 9-14 years old, where students are guided through the process of creating theatre as an "Ensemble." 

Led by Touchstone Theatre teaching artists, the program incorporates theatre games, improvisation, dramatic play, movement, mask and playwriting. The program culminates in a theatrical presentation for friends and family at Touchstone's 75-seat blackbox theatre. 

Participants gain confidence in expressing ideas while building skills in speaking, acting, storytelling, movement, listening and responding to others. Instructors teach new techniques, while encouraging campers to build on existing strengths and natural abilities. All experience levels welcome!

Dates: Weekdays, July 16-27, 2012*

*Includes final evening presentation for friends & family in Touchstone's blackbox theatre, July 27nd.

Time:  9am-2pm, with supervised lunch break.  Daily snack provided.

Cost: $425 per child.   

Note: Limited tuition assistance is available for families with demonstrated financial need.
