At Camp Walden, our campers EXPERIENCE the best friendships that they have ever made and EXPLORE new challenges and new adventures. They have the opportunities to EXCEL in sports, the arts, theater and most importantly, in life. Our goal is that they ENJOY the greatest summer...every summer.

Camp Walden is located in the heart of the Adirondacks, set on pristine Trout Lake. It is just a 3 hour drive from the metro NY area and minutes from Lake George, a popular NY vacation destination. Our campers enjoy structured, well rounded programs, as well as weekly optional periods.

During these campers can choose additional activities from a wide variety of athletic, adventure, performing or creative arts, and waterfront activities.

Camp Walden offers a full season session, a 4-week session and a 2-week session for our first time campers.

At Camp Walden, we work to nurture the development of all of our campers as we assist them in building strong relationships, strengthening their self-worth, and challenging themselves to gain new skills. It is our goal that they approach the future with more courage and confidence due to the experiences that they have at camp.
