Camp Wayfarer, nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, is a camp for boys and girls ages 6-16. Wayfarer is a traditional summer camp, but it is more. It is a family consisting of campers, counselors, alumni, and parents that are building new traditions in a young and growing camp! Wayfarer offers a unique opportunity for campers to grow based on a firm foundation of spiritual, physical, mental, and social development. Campers learn to make good decisions and become independent leaders by living in a supportive camp family.

Our endeavor is to help each camper develop self-confidence, to acquire a better understanding and respect for others, to learn to work together as a group to achieve common goals, to develop lifelong skills and an appreciation for our environment. Challenging campers to work hard, be friendly, caring and considerate to those around them, Wayfarer strives to help boys and girls set their goals high and to keep their compass bearing on God's will.
