Camp Wicosuta is a traditional, four-week camp for girls. Directors, Corey & Justin Dockswell provide a warm, nurturing atmosphere where girls learn, grow and achieve. They are proud to maintain the close, family atmosphere that has been a Wico tradition since 1920. Both sessions offer a complete camp experience and provide an optimal time frame to take advantage of all the excitement of camp. The girls build lasting friendships, explore a wide range of activities and have fun! Wicosuta offers a variety of team sports as well as tennis, aquatics, drama, dance and wilderness activities. The program is designed to enable every girl to feel successful. With over thirty programs from which to choose, each girl has the chance to explore new challenges and specialize in the activities she enjoys most. Our professional staff emphasizes instruction, skill building and participation. First-time campers are a priority and are warmly welcomed into the Wicosuta family. Our returning campers are "big sisters" to each new camper and provide a warm, caring relationship before camp and throughout the summer. Staff members are sensitive to the needs of each new camper and are trained to help girls achieve a safe, happy transition for their first summer away from home.
