Dances, Carnivals, Color Wars, Campfires, Beach Parties and other Social Events contribute to the unbelievable Sea Camp experience – and create a fun environment rich in tradition that encourages life-long friendships.


Ready For Some Fun in the Sun?

What better way to spend a week of the summer than to spend it on Catalina Island at Junior Sea Camp! Located at Toyon Bay, just a few miles down the coast from Avalon, Junior Sea Camp offers campers ages 8-12 a week in the sun snorkeling in our waters, hiking our many trails, learning about our ocean through awesome shark, algae, and invertebrate touch tanks, and making new friends that will last a lifetime.

Throughout the week, campers participate in a variety of activities that entertain the brain, challenge them mentally and physically while giving them a unique and once in a lifetime opportunity to connect with nature and each other.

Junior Sea Camp is also a remarkable community connecting campers, counselors, and instructors from all over the United States and the world! Within this community, campers feel safe and free to express who they really are without fear. Junior Sea Camp is a remarkable program that is rich in tradition and encourages life-long learning and life-long relationships.
