Challengecamp
Challengecamp takes place in one of Switzerland's most beautiful settings, in Lausanne. The lake, the mountains, rivers and beautiful wilderness are close by and that's where most of the activities take place, after class.
Every morning, kids learn french or english in small groups, with the help of qualified and experienced teachers. In the afternoon, they participate in numerous sports activities that prepare them to take up 3 Challenges:
The Alpine Challenge: rock climbing, hiking, via ferratas...the final challenge consists in climbing one of Switzerland's most beautiful via ferratas, and the next day reach the top of a glacier. Overnight in a mountain hut.
River Race: rafting, kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing... The final race takes place on rafts built by the participants themselves!
Arts Academy: hip hop, raggae and breakdance rehearsals with Swiss Champion Sonia Mazza. The dancers present their own choreography in front of the others, parents, and for a special social event!
For these 3 challenges, activities get more and more challenging as time goes. Kids have to sign up to one or two of these challenges upon registration.
Prizes and awards are given at the end of the camp for the best Challengers!
