In an effort to help children become more self-confident and courteous, The Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, Inc. and the Woodlands Resort & Inn offer Civil Savvy Camp for Children. The program is presented at the historic Woodlands Resort & Inn in Summerville, South Carolina, recipient of the prestigious Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Awards for excellence. The five-day camp will help youngsters, ages 9-13, achieve important leadership and social skills.

Morning sessions of etiquette include: introducing yourself and others, handshaking, eye contact, extending and accepting invitations, thank you notes, table manners, giving and receiving compliments, telephone etiquette, poise, posture, the art of listening, leadership and more. Daily lunch tutorials will follow in the formal dining room. Afternoon sessions will introduce the students to the fundamentals of ballroom dancing, image development and money management. The program includes morning and afternoon classes, daily lunch tutorials, handouts, pool party, an afternoon tea and a graduation dinner. A $100.00  discount applies when two or more participants enroll from the same family.
