Chipinaw @ Silver Lake is located less than 2 hours Northwest of New York City in the picturesque Catskill Mountains.  Chipinaw @ Silver Lake is an expansion of Chipinaw, which opened in 2003.  Chipinaw @ Silver Lake has allowed us to focus on the families that are looking for a half summer experience for their children. We are the summer home for 125 boys and 125 girls along with our hand picked staff.  We pride ourselves in having a 3:1 camper to staff ratio, which enables us to provide a supportive atmosphere for our campers to learn and grow.  

On a daily basis, a wide variety of activities are offered allowing campers to improve their skills, develop new talents and, most importantly be safe and have fun. The structure of our program has been designed to encourage campers to try everything that camp has to offer, while still being able to pick and choose their favorite activities. At Chipinaw @ Silver Lake we are able to combine our modern program and facilities with traditional camp values to create a very special summer.

At the heart of Chipinaw @ Silver Lake is a well-rounded camp experience that mixes past with present, sports with arts, technology with outdoors, and young with old to produce a program that enthuses and stimulates each and every camper.
