City Girls provides girls, ages 7 through 15, with a safe place to explore and enjoy art, math & science, and sports during the summer months. The Program allows girls to bond with peers and adult mentors and to learn life skills that will allow them to be knowledgeable, resilient and assertive. Research has proven that girls benefit from the guidance, support, learning and fun that positive bonds provide. Through daily affirmations, workshops, trips to points of interest around the city, leadership training and community service projects, girls will experience increased self esteem, leadership, goal setting and advocacy skills.
