Cranbrook Summer Art Institute
Summer Address:

Summer is the perfect time for aspiring young artists (13-18 yrs. old) to attend the Cranbrook Summer Art Institute. The program is designed to help young artists explore new avenues of intensive artistic development and creative inspiration, perfect for the student looking to prepare for college or for the one looking to acquire a new skill*all abilities welcome.
CSAI is based on the educational model of the Cranbrook Academy of Art, ranked as one of the top 5 graduate art schools in the nation by the U.S. News and World Report. In addition, our staff is second to none. Every instructor either has a masters degree from Cranbrook or is currently enrolled to earn one.
Each 3-week class features demonstrations by practicing artists and designers, access to open studios, an exhibition opening, day trips and exciting social events. Come to the Cranbrook Summer Art Institute*challenge yourself and have a blast doing it!
