Create Your Canvas is a music & art focused day camp for 1st-5th graders (2009-2010 school year).  Campers will discover and develop their musical & artistic gift, and celebrate God's call to use our gifts to the best of our ability.   Children will participate in 2 art small groups and 2 music small groups each day, as well as sharing in "Bible minutes" and many games and fun activities.  Music projects will include singing, boomwhackers, drum circles, and making instruments, among other great experiences.  Art projects include everything from hand print flower vases to hanging pockets, rhythm painting, and wind chimes.   On Thursday, the children will share a presentation of their musical pieces and display several of their pieces of artwork at the end of our day, 3:45 p.m.

Children should bring their own lunch, in a container that does not have to be refrigerated.

Monday July 12- Thursday, July 15, 2010, 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with before/after care from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Early bird registration thru May 28 - $60; after May 28, $75.  Before/After care is $15/week.  Space is limited.
