This weekly camp devotes half of each session to skill enhancement including skating technique, puck control and conditioning. The second half of each session to a 3 on 3 game providing fun, creativity and conditioning. The sessions run on Sunday evenings in April, May and June in Dundas and Hamilton Ontario. Individuals can register for $160 or teams of 10 skaters and a goalie can register for $1500. The ages range in the past from 21-50 and experience level from novice to B level rec players. Our head instructor is a 20 year experienced coach with an Intermediate Coach Level certification. Assistants are junior level players from the Dundas Cyclones.
