Deer Run operates year-round on 100 private, scenic, wooded acres as a place for family, church, or leadership RETREATS and TEAM BUILDING with SUMMER CAMPS during June, July and the first week of August. Family events, like Married Couple Weekends, Father-Son Adventure Weekend, and Homeschool Family Camp Day, are programmed events which focus on family relationships.
SUMMER CAMPS
* Campers grow in character, respect, leadership, and build life-long friendships.
* Each camper receives a t-shirt and DVD of their camp week.
* Early registration discount until March 15 followed by sibling and multi-week discounts.
* High quality programming and mature, well-trained summer staff.
* OPEN HOUSE FOR FAMILIES: Sunday, March 11 & Sunday, April 22, 2:30-4:30 p.m. No reservations required. Tour the camp facilities. Meet the camp directors and some of the summer staff!
Day Camps: Completed grades K–5
Adventure Day Camps: Completed grades 6–8
Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Weekly sessions (8) from June 11 through August 3
EXTENDED CARE available.
BUS PICK UP at 6 locations including south Nashville and Murfreesboro.
ACTIVITIES include Lake (water slide, aqua park, swimming, kayaks, zip line), skits, kickball, crazy games, wiffle ball, BB guns, archery, crafts, face painting, climbing tower, wild water games, creek wading, worship, fun songs, interactive Bible study. Adventure Day Camps also include 3-D archery, Leap of Faith, paintball, tree climbing with ropes & harnesses, outdoor education & survival skills.
Overnight Camps: Preteen Camps (completed grades 3–5), Middle School Camps (completed grades 6–8), and High School Camp (completed grades 9–12)
6 nights, Sunday 4 p.m. to Saturday 11:30 a.m.
3 preteen sessions, 2 middle school sessions, and 1 high school session
ACTIVITIES include horseback riding, lake (water slide, aqua park, swimming, kayaks, zip line), low or high ropes, climbing tower, paintball, night hiking, crazy games, BB guns, archery, wiffle ball, wild water games, skits, worship, small group Bible study.
