Art In Motions Dance Education Camps are geared towards enhancing the natural talents of each of its’ participants while nurturing their self expression and creativity. Our Dance Education classes ensure that each participant will grow artistically and technically. In addition to the daily classes in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, African, & Hip-Hop, students will also participate in Arts & Crafts, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Photography, Web Design classes and more. This will afford each student discipline, self-control, self-respect, balance, focus, energy, and a finely tuned body. Students will also receive classes in Self-Care & Nutrition. It is our desire to nurture the growth of a well-rounded dancer. A dancer with the “Total Package”.-Discipline, Manners, Focus, Self-respect, Etiquette, Stage Presence, Good Health, as well as Artistic and Technical ability. All are necessary to succeed in the Professional Dance Arena. Upon the culmination of the eight-week program, each participant will be featured in the Dance Education Camps’ Demonstration Performance and will be awarded a certificate marking the successful completion of the D.E.C 2010 Students who have shown the most growth will be honored with other awards as well as trophies and scholarships to the Art In Motion School of Dance.
