Swim with the Fish - A Snorkeling Adventure

Experience what it's like to swim with Giant Groupers, Moray Eels, Guitar Fish, Rays, Green Sea Turtles and hundreds more of their closest friends in our "Under the Sea" exhibit.

  • Ages: 6 and up
  • No diving certificate required
  • Private and group snorkel trips available
  • Program includes T-Shirt and your choice of 1 exhibit admission OR free parking

 

Dive with the Sharks - Scuba Adventure

Dive into adventure in our Sunken Shipwreck exhibit for an up-close encounter with 10ft Sand tiger Sharks, Sandbar Sharks, Zebra Sharks, Guitarfish, three 12ft Sawfish, Green Sea Turtles, a Napoleon Wrasse and hundreds of other fish from around the world.

  • Divers must be dive certified and must present valid SCUBA certification card at check-in on the day of program
  • Ages 10 and up
  • Program includes T-Shirt and your choice of 1 exhibit admission OR free parking

 

Dive with the Fish - Scuba Adventure

Experience what its like to scuba dive with Giant Groupers, Moray Eels, Guitar Fish, Rays, Green Sea Turtles and hundreds more of their closest friends in our "Under the Sea" exhibit.

Marine Biologist for a Day

See if you have what it takes to become a Marine Biologist! Spend a day behind the scenes where all the scientific action happens. Experience close encounters with exotic species from the deep sea to shallow reef and everywhere in between. You'll even get to dissect a squid! Program includes guided tour, biologist dive show, squid dissection, animal feedings and much more! T-shirts & lunch included.

·         Cost: $55.00 per person

·         Students: 1st-12th grade

 

Zoologist for a Day

Tigers at an aquarium? There are more than just fish here at the Downtown Aquarium. Examine our impressive species of birds, reptiles, amphibians and, of course, tigers. Spend your day learning how we handle and train our creatures that live outside the ocean. Interact with animals, build animal enrichment toys, talk with tiger and bird keepers and much more! T-shirts & lunch included.

·         Cost: $55.00 per person

·         Students: 1st-12th grade

 

Wild Dreams Overnight

Bring your sleeping bag and snooze amongst the sharks and rays! Have an exciting night at the Downtown Aquarium to explore the exhibits, learn about the animals and their habitats, make a craft, play games and much more. T-shirts & lunch included.

·         Cost: $55.00 per person; If your group has 5 or more children: 1 free adult chaperone per 5 children; additional chaperones $55.00
Ages: 5-11 (adult chaperones are required)

·         If you have a group of 35 or more children/chaperones and want to schedule a private date, please call to reserve

 

Sea Safari Summer Camp

Splash into summer with hands-on interactive experiences. Take part in a wild escapade through rainforests, reefs, rivers and more in our 5-day long camps!

·         Cost: $225 per child

·         Grades: 1 - 6 (must be 5 years old by June 1st and have completed Kindergarten)

·         Snack and lunch provided every day

·         T-shirt and program materials included

·         Pre-registration is required - call for availability

 

Behind the Scenes Tours

Ever wondered what it looks like behind the scenes at the Downtown Aquarium? Find out by joining us for a look into the inner-workings of the Aquarium - from filtration systems to fish food. Don't miss the unique view of our larger exhibits from above!

·         Cost: $250 (15 people or less) Includes admission to the Aquarium Exhibit
$350 (16-30 people) Includes admission to the Aquarium Exhibit
(minimum group size is 6; maximum is 30)

·         Ages: 10+ (Children 10-15 years must be accompanied by an adult

·         Days: Tuesdays - Fridays; 1:30 - 5:00pm (tours are one hour)

·         Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance, and bookings are subject to staff availability
